Have you been struggling to set boundaries?

A lack of boundaries can lead to feelings of shame or guilt, low self esteem and feelings of resentment towards others. It can also increase your chances of abandonment or rejection and can enhance a need for external validation over internal validation.
Setting boundaries can help to promote a healthy balance in your life. Boundaries can help us to protect our energy and time as well as helping us to prioritise our needs. Finding and setting boundaries can help us to express our needs and what we find is unacceptable and acceptable with coming across as antagonistic.
Developing strong boundaries can help build your values, belief systems and help promote self-esteem.
So, it’s really important that we develop boundary setting strategies within our life to help promote overall balance.
